Fruchtbetont und vollmundig, geschmeidige Tannine, eher weich und dabei nicht ohne Tiefgang. Wunderbare Qualität, obwohl ohne Zusatz von Schwefel, kompromisslos gelungen. Sollte innert 1- 1½ Jahre getrunken werden.

Irjimpa
Die Weine der Familie Parra gehören mittlerweile zu den am besten verkauften Bioweinen des Marktes und das völlig zu recht. Das Erfolgsrezept klingt einfach, aber es ist hart erarbeitet: grosser Fleiss, bei allem Humor konsequente Ernsthaftigkeit in der täglichen, qualitätsorientierten Arbeit, stimmige Weine in klarer Hierarchie, denen ein erstaunliches Qualitätsniveau zu vernünftigen Preisen gemeinsam ist. Die alten Betonfässer sind einem modernen Keller gewichen. Neue Weinberge wurden angelegt, interessante, für die Region La Mancha neue Rebsorten gepflanzt. Neben den 150 ha Rebfläche erfordern Getreide, Knoblauch und schwarzer Trüffel, den Einsatz der Brüder. 2012 erhielten Sie die Zertifizierung nach Demeter Richtlinien. Im bewusst stromlosen Kuppelbau werden ausschliesslich Trauben, die durch die Arbeitskraft von Mensch kultiviert werden, bei natürlichen Temperaturen in Amphoren und Holzfässern zu ganz besonderen Weinen ausgebaut. Alle Kellergeräte werden von Hand betrieben.
