Japanischer Grüntee fein gemahlen
Matcha, der Tee der traditionell für die japanischen Tee-Zeremonien verwendet wird, stellt ein fein gemahlenes Teepulver aus „Tencha“ dar, einem speziellen Grüntee, der vor der Ernte über einige Wochen im Schatten gehalten wird, dies damit die Blätter ihren einzigartigen Geschmack und produktypische Süsse behalten können. Unser Matcha besteht aus der ersten und damit hochwertigen Lese des Trencha Grüntees, der durch Grüntee Spezialisten in Kyoto sorgsam verarbeitet wird.
Matcha wird seit Jahrhunderten bei den traditionellen Tee-Zeremonien in Japan verwendet. Nach japanischer Vorstellung eine Basis für Körper und Geist.
Nach original Japanischer Tradition. Nur Teeblätter der ersten Lese. Reich an Catechinen und Vitamin K.

Verzehrempfehlung:
Einen Teelöffel Matcha (1-2 g) in 60 ml heisses Wasser geben (80˚C), kräftig rühren, am besten mit Schneebesen.
