Für Sahne und mehr
Eiskreationen oder einfach nur vegane Sahne die nötige Festigkeit verleihen. Biovegan Sahnesteif ist die ideale Wahl. Frieren Sie Ihre Sahne oder Torten mit Biovegan Sahnesteif ein und tauen sie wieder auf, ohne das die Konsistenz oder der Geschmack verloren gehen.

Zubereitung:
200 - 250 ml aufschlagbare Pflanzencreme kurz durchschlagen. Den Beutelinhalt von Biovegan Sahnesteif einstreuen und weiter schlagen, bis die gewünschte Festigkeit erreicht ist. Bis zum Verzehr kaltstellen.

Tipp:
Biovegan Sahnesteif auf den Tortenboden streuen, damit er nicht durchweicht.

Rezeptidee:
Sahnesteif eignet sich nicht nur perfekt für Sahne und Co., sondern ist auch ideal für leckere Nachtische, zum Beispiel für Tiramisu.
