Sehr gut!

Wir haben damit Torten und Kuchen hergestellt und auch schon eine Wähe gemacht.

Sehr lecker und vielseitig

Habe ich in der Weihnachtszeit vor allem für Torten genutzt. Achtung, erhöht beim schlagen nicht das Volumen und wird auch nicht fest. Ich habe es jeweils mit etwas pflanzlicher Sahne und z.B. Agar agar, gelöst in Zitronensaft und Wasser gemischt . Ergibt eine sehr sehr leckere Tortencreme, auch die nicht Veganer waren begeistert. Kann überdies auch für Suppen, dips, Müsli etc. verwendet werden.
