Mit der Bauckhof Backmischung Schnellbrot können Sie in nur 60 Minuten ein knusprig- frisches glutenfreies Brot zaubern. Sie geben nur 500 ml Wasser zu der Mischung: Anrühren 2 Minuten, 0 Minuten gehen lassen, Backen 58 Minuten. Fertig. Mit Saaten, ohne Gluten.

Alle glutenfreien Produkte vom Bauckhof werden im Mühlenlabor nach der Herstellung und Abpackung auf Glutenfreiheit kontrolliert und sind mit Glutenanalyse bei der Deutschen Zöliakie Gesellschaft gemeldet. Bauckhof Schnellbrot ist geeignet zur glutenfreien Ernährung bei Zöliakie und Sprue.

Tipp:
Die Oberfläche des Brotes wird besonders schön, wenn Sie sie mit einem neutralen, hoch erhitzbaren Öl oder zerlassener Margarine bestreichen.

Schnell und fein

Dieses Brot ist wirklich in wenigen Minuten gemacht und schmeckt super. Ich mache jeweils gleich mehrere und friere sie in Scheiben geschnitten ein.
