Vollgemüse? Vollneu!
Danke, dass du Vollgemüse-Tortillas kaufst. Mit deiner Entscheidung tust du nicht nur dir etwas Gutes, sondern trägst auch dazu bei, Lebensmittelverschwendung zu reduzieren. Denn die Hauptzutat unserer Tortillas ist Karottentrester. Der entsteht bei der Karottensaftproduktion und wurde bisher nicht weiter als Lebensmittel genutzt. Viel zu schade, finden wir, denn im Trester steckt viel Wertvolles: Ballaststoffe, Mineralstoffe Calcium, Kalium und Vitamin E. Der Grossteil des gemüseeigenen Zuckers landet beim Pressen im Saft. Das macht unseren Trester zu einem super Rohstoff für eine Low-Carb-Ernährung.

Zubereitung? Volleinfach:
Der Tortilla ist bereits vorgebacken und kann kalt verzehrt werden. Wenn du ihn lieber warm magst, dann leg ihn in eine beschichtete Pfanne (ohne Öl) oder in den Ofen. Wie lange? So lange, bis er die Konsistenz hat, die du am liebsten magst.

Glutenfrei
Die Vollgemüse Tortilla sind glutenfrei, da sie weniger als 20mg/kg Gluten enthalten. Auch die Haferfasern die Beetgold einsetzt, sind selber schon Glutenfrei. Sie lassen sich durch ein externes Labor zertifizieren.

Hinweis:
Nach dem Öffnen die Tortillas innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen aufbrauchen.

Gewöhnungsbedürftig

Die Konsistenz war gut, der Geschmack nicht so wirklich. Schmeckte eher nach Chemie als nach Karotte. Würde sie nicht wider kaufen. Aber die Idee ist toll.

Super super lecker!

Die Vollgemüse-Tortillas sind unglaublich lecker und besonders die Konsistenz gefällt mir gut! Vom Geschmack her sind sie eher dezent, was einem Spielraum für jegliche Füllung offen lässt. Eine mega tolle und leichte Alternative zu herkömmlichen Wraps, die erst noch Food-Waste verringert und mehr Gemüse in den Speiseplan bringt!
