Biologisches Würzmittel mit geröstetem Sesam und Meersalz
Gomasio ('goma' ist das japanische Wort für 'Sesam' und 'sio' ist das japanische Wort für 'Salz') ist eine Mischung aus Sesamkörnern und unraffiniertem Meersalz. Die unraffinierten Sesamkörner werden getrennt leicht geröstet und dann gemeinsam gemahlen mit dass Meersalz. Jedes kleine Salzkörnchen wird so mit dem Öl der Sesamkörner eingehüllt. Eine gesunde und leckere Würze, die einen niedrigeren Natriumgehalt als den des reinen Salzes besitzt. Das Kalzium braucht Magnesium, um vom Organismus leichter auf den Knochen abgelagert zu werden. Durch Verbindung von Sesam (sehr reich an Kalzium) und Salz (reich an Magnesium) wird Gomasio zu einem Gewürz von unschätzbarem Wert.

Verwendung:
Dieses delikat parfümierte Gewürz ist eine Art von Salz, das Ihre Gerichte nicht nur salzt, sondern auch einem diskreten Sesamgeschmack verleiht. Gomosio schmeckt auch herrlich in warmen Speisen, Getreidegerichten, Suppen, Gemüseplatten und eignet sich zum Garnieren von Salaten und rohem Gemüse.
