Einfache und schnelle Zubereitung in nur 10 Minuten. Der beliebte Maisgrieß aus der italienischen Küche wird aus dem ganzen Maiskorn hergestellt und passt sowohl zu süßen als auch zu würzigen Gerichten.

Herstellung
Die Maiskörner werden gereinigt, vermahlen, der Maisgrieß ausgesiebt und anschließend verpackt.

Verwendung:
Für Polenta, Süßspeisen, als Beilage zu herzhaften Gerichten oder als Alternative zu Pizzaboden.

Zubereitungshinweis:
250 g Polenta in 0,75 l kochendes Wasser einrühren. Bei niedriger Hitze ca. 5-10 Minuten unter Rühren köcheln. Bei Bedarf Flüssigkeit nachgießen. Topf vom Herd nehmen und 5 Minuten ziehen lassen.
