Himalaya ist ein echter Basmati Reis vom Fuße des Himalaya Gebirges in Indien.

Verwendung:
Himalaya Reis eignet sich für exotische, asiatische Gerichte, auch mit Früchten und Gewürzen wie Curry, Ingwer und Safran. Basmati Reis kocht locker und körnig und verbreitet bei der Zubereitung einen wunderbaren Duft.

Zubereitung:
Als Beilage für 2 Personen 125g Basmati Reis in 250ml leicht gesalzenem Wasser aufkochen und 10-15 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen.
