Allgemeines
Frühlingsrollen sind ein beliebtes asiatische Fingerfood- mit Arche Reispapier lassen sie sich einfach und schnell in Bio Qualität zubereiten.

Besonderheiten
Mit 18 cm Durchmesser haben die Reispapierblätter die optimale Größe für feines Finger-Food. Eine Verpackung beinhaltet 150g (20 Blatt).

Verwendung
Probieren Sie die Rollen pur als Sommerrolle oder gebraten als Frühlingsrolle. Ideal dazu schmecken die traditionellen Soja- oder Dipsaucen.

Rezeptvorschlag
Typische Füllungen für die leichte Spezialität sind Gemüse wie Möhren, Weißkohl, Sprossen, Reisnudeln und Tofu.

Zubereitung
Die Füllung zubereiten und würzen. Einen tiefen Teller mit warmem Wasser bereitstellen. Die einzelnen Reispapier-Blätter 30 Sek. ins Wasser legen. Jeweils 2 EL Füllung auf ein Reispapierblatt geben, die Seiten einschlagen und fest einrollen. Die Rollen nach Geschmack ungebraten servieren, in der Pfanne mit etwas Fett goldbraun anbraten, frittieren oder mit etwas Öl bestrichen im Backofen knusprig garen.
