Mit Bio-Reispapier kannst du frische, kalorienarme Sommerrollen herstellen. Lege die Blätter nacheinander für 5-10 Sekunden in lauwarmes Wasser. Fülle sie mit Reisnudeln und Gemüse und tauche sie in Ihre japanische Lieblingssauce. Auf diese Weise kannst du in kürzester Zeit eine schicke Vorspeise, ein gesundes Mittagessen oder ein leichtes Abendessen zubereiten. Backen oder Braten ist ein wenig schwieriger, aber auch möglich. In diesem Fall nennen wir sie Frühlingsrollen. Eine super schnelle und einfache Möglichkeit, glutenfreie Sommer- oder Frühlingsrollen zuzubereiten! Unser Reispapierexperte in Vietnam macht die Blätter durch dünnes Auftragen, Dämpfen und Trocknen von Reismehl, Salz und Wasser super dünn. Dies geschah früher auf geflochtenen Bambusschalen. Man kann dieses Rautenmuster immer noch im Reispapier von heute sehen.

Zubereitung:
Die gewünschte Füllung in Julienne (schmale Streifen) schneiden. Die Reisblätter eins nach dem anderen in lauwarmes/warmes (nicht kochendes oder länger als 5-10 Sekunden) Wasser tauchen. Die Füllung in die Mitte des Reisblatts legen. Die Seiten nach innen fallen und straff zusammenrollen.

Tipps für die Füllung:
Möhrenstreifen oder -scheiben, Frühlingszwiebeln, Paprika, Gurke, Avocado, rote Paprika, Sprossen, Mango, Koriander, Minze, (Glas-) Nudeln, Sushi-Ingwer.

Aufbewahrung:
Nach dem Öffnen luftdicht an einem trockenen, dunklen Ort bei Raumtemperatur (max. 20 ° C) lagern.

Sehr feine reissfestes Reispapier. Damit zaubere ich die geschmackvollsten Sommerrollen mit Erdnusssauce.
