Risotto Steinpilz-Tomate
Bester Arborio Reis verfeinert mit Steinpilzen und Kräutern verleiht dem Risotto einen unverwechselbaren Geschmack.

Zubereitung für 2-3 Portionen
Zuerst 450-500 ml heiße Brühe vorbereiten. Die Risottomischung mit etwas Margarine oder Öl in einem Topf glasig dünsten. Den Reis mit etwas Weißwein oder Brühe ablöschen. Hitze reduzieren und das Risotto unter ständigem Rühren ca. 15-20 Minuten köcheln lassen. Sobald die Flüssigkeit verdampft ist, nach und nach mit Brühe aufgießen. Das Risotto ist fertig, wenn der Reis noch leicht bissfest ist.
Tipp: Mit gehackten Kräutern und Nussmesan/Hefeflocken wird das Risotto würzig und cremig.
