Süsser Hirsebrei
Nahrhafter Hirsebrei mit saftig-süßen Gojibeeren - ein Genuss aus unserer Bio-Mühle.

Zubereitung für 2-3 Portionen
Den Packungsinhalt zusammen mit 300 ml Kokosmilch, einer Prise Salz und nach Belieben mit einem Päckchen Vanillezucker in einem Topf aufkochen lassen. Die Hitze reduzieren und ca. 15 Minuten unter gelegentlichem Rühren garen lassen. Kochplatte ausschalten und ca. 10 Minuten quellen lassen.
Tipp: Mit Agavendicksaft oder Zucker verfeinern.
