Noch nie war es einfacher, die Raffinesse der chinesischen Küche auf den Tisch zu bringen - mit 100% natürlichen Zutaten!
Gewürzt wird in zwei Schritten: Beim Anbraten werden die edlen Gewürze aufgeschlossen und verleihen dem Gericht seinen authentischen Geschmack. Verfeinert wird dann beim Ablöschen mit aromatischen Kräutern, die in die Sauce eingerührt werden. Dabei verbinden sich die Gewürze und Kräuter optimal mit den frischen Zutaten: Ein vollmundiges, natürliches Geschmackserlebnis!

Benötigte Zutaten:
300 g Geschnetzeltes (Soja/Seitan)
300 g gemischtes Gemüse
z.B. Lauch, Karotten, Paprika, Pilze, Zuckererbsen, Sprossen
3 EL Sojasauce
200 ml Wasser

Zubereitung:
Gemüse in Streifen schneiden, Sojasauce und Wasser bereitstellen.
2 Esslöffel Speiseöl zusammen mit der Würzmischung 1 (kleiner Beutel) in eine nicht-haftende Pfanne geben.
Anschließend Kochplatte erhitzen. Sobald die Gewürze ihren Duft verströmen, Soja/Seitan zugeben und anbraten, Gemüse zugeben und weiterbraten.
Wasser und Sojasauce angießen, Würzmischung 2 (großer Beutel) einrühren und bei geschlossenem Deckel in ca. 6 Minuten fertig garen. Gelegentlich umrühren.

Tipp:
Dazu passen gebratene Nudeln oder Reis. Guten Appetit!
