Noch nie war es einfacher, frisches Gemüse so schmackhaft auf den Tisch zu bringen - mit 100% natürlichen Zutaten!
Gewürzt wird in zwei Schritten: Beim Anbraten werden die edlen Gewürze aufgeschlossen und verleihen dem Gericht seinen authentischen Geschmack. Verfeinert wird dann beim Ablöschen mit aromatischen Kräutern, die in die Sauce eingerührt werden. Dabei verbinden sich die Gewürze und Kräuter optimal mit den frischen Zutaten: Ein vollmundiges, natürliches Geschmackserlebnis!

Benötigte Zutaten:
125 g Nudeln (z.B. Penne)
300 g Brokkoli, frisch oder tiefgekühlt
100 ml Sojasahne, 300 ml Wasser
50 g Wilmersburger Pizzaschmelz

Zubereitung:
Ungekochte Nudeln in eine gefettete Auflaufform geben, Brokkoli in Röschen zerteilen, Sojasahne und Wasser bereitstellen.
1 Esslöffel Speiseöl zusammen mit der Würzmischung 1 (kleiner Beutel) in eine Pfanne geben. Anschließend Kochplatte erhitzen. Sobald die Gewürze ihren Duft verströmen, Brokkoli zugeben und leicht anbraten.
Wasser und Sojasahne zugeben, die Würzmischung 2 (großer Beutel) einrühren und einmal kurz aufkochen. Über die Nudeln gießen, mit Wilmersburger Pizzaschmelz bestreuen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200 °C (Umluft 170 °C) ca. 30 Minuten backen.

Tipp:
Variante Gemüsegratin: Gelingt auch mit 300 g gemischtem Gemüse nach Wahl! Guten Appetit!
