Thai Curry aromatisch-scharf
Currygerichte in sämtlichen Variationen sind der ganze Stolz der thailändischen Küche. Das Geheimnis hinter ihren fantastischen Aromen steckt im Currygewürz, das fast jeder Koch nach eigener Rezeptur aufwändig herstellt. Beltane sorgt mit seinem Biofix dafür, dass Fleischalternativen und Gemüse auch aus Ihrem Wok schmecken wie frisch aus der thailändischen Garküche. Ingwer, Koriander, Galgant und eine Prise Chili entfalten beim Anbraten ihr feines Aroma. Abgerundet mit Kokosmilch und einer Auswahl weiterer erlesener Kräuter und Gewürze erhält das Gericht seine landestypische Note. Gesund, schnell und lecker - mit 100% natürlichen Zutaten!

Zutaten:
300 g Fleischalternative (Tofu, Seitan, Soja, Dinki)
300 g gemischtes Gemüse
z.B. Brokkoli, Paprika, Pak Choi, Zucchini, Chinakohl, Pilze, Frühlingszwiebeln
200 ml Kokosmilch

Zubereitung:
1. Fleischalternative würfeln, Gemüse in Streifen schneiden. 200 ml Kokosmilch bereitstellen.
2. 2 Esslöffel Speiseöl (z.B. Sesamöl) zusammen mit der Würzmischung 1 (kleiner Beutel) in eine nicht-haftende Pfanne geben. Anschließend Kochplatte erhitzen. Sobald die Gewürze ihren Duft verströmen, Fleischalternative zugeben und anbraten. Gemüse zugeben und weiterbraten.
3. Kokosmilch zugeben, die Würzmischung 2 (großer Beutel) einrühren und bei geschlossenem Deckel in 6 Minuten fertig garen. Gelegentlich umrühren.

Tipp:
Dazu passt Thai- oder Basmati-Reis.
