Pasta geht immer! Beltane sorgt mit seinem Biofix dafür, dass die Bolognese auch aus Ihrem Topf genauso schmeckt wie das italienische Original. Knoblauch, Oregano, Bohnenkraut und Rosmarin entfalten beim Anbraten ihr feines Aroma, abgerundet mit einer Auswahl weiterer erlesener Kräuter und Gewürze erhält das Ragout seine landestypische Note. Gesund, schnell und lecker – mit 100% natürlichen Zutaten.

Zubereitung:
200 g Spaghetti
200 g Hackfleischalternative
400 g Pizzatomaten (Dose)

1. Spaghetti nach Packungsanleitung zubereiten.
2. 1–2 Esslöffel Speiseöl (z.B. Olivenöl) zusammen mit der Würzmischung 1 (kleiner Beutel) in eine nicht-haftende Pfanne geben. Anschließend Kochplatte erhitzen. Sobald die Gewürze ihren Duft verströmen, Hackfleischalternative zugeben und anbraten.
3. Pizzatomaten angießen, Würzmischung 2 (großer Beutel) einrühren und bei geschlossenem Deckel in 5 Minuten fertig garen. Gelegentlich umrühren.
