Allgemein
Diese nussig-süße Verführung zaubert ein ganz besonderes Aroma in Ihre Speisen. Exotisches Kokosmus in Kombination mit aromatischen Mandeln und der leichten Süße von Datteln - ein herrlicher Genuss! Dabei kommt dieses cremige Mus ganz ohne zusätzliche Fette und Zucker aus. Flüssig, streichzart oder fest? Das im Kokosmus enthaltene Öl hat einen sehr niedrigen Schmelzpunkt. Daher ist das Mus bei kühler Zimmertemperatur streichzart, im Kühlschrank fest und ab ca. 23°C fast flüssig. Je nach Verwendung können Sie die Konsistenz ganz einfach selbst bestimmen! Wenn das Mus wieder fest wird, kann sich das Kokosöl oben absetzen und eine weiße Schicht bilden. Bitte einfach wieder unterrühren.

Herstellung
Rapunzel stellt Nussmuse in einem besonderen Verfahren her - und das seit über 40 Jahren. Das volle Aroma der Mandeln entfaltet sich durch das schonende Rösten mit Heißluft aus regenerativen Energien. Zusammen mit den exotischen Kokosraspeln und den fruchtigen Datteln werden diese fein vermahlen. Die sorgfältige Herstellung garantiert Ihnen den einzigartigen Geschmack!

Gesunde Sünde

Absolute Empfehlung! Mit Abstand eines der besten Nussmuse, die ich je verkostet habe. Es ist extrem cremig und angenehm süss durch die beigefügten Datteln. Esse es am liebsten in Porridge, Müsli oder dippe Datteln/frische Banane hinein. Ab und zu dürfen es sogar ein paar Löffel pur sein.

Aber Achtung: Auf Smoothiebowls wird es leider fest (Das enthaltene Kokosmus verfestigt sich bei kalten Temperaturen), deshalb in dieser Verwendung nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.
