Nicht ideal für Pizza

Ich muss mich zustimmen mit andere Bewertungen. Diese Melt me ist sehr ideal als Fondue, Raclette und sogar eine Gratin aber nicht für Pizza. Der Konsitenz ist perfekt und der Geschmack ist Lecker und etwas intensiv aber cremig angenehm. Ich habe eine Gemüse Gratin daraus gemacht und benutzte Brot dazu und es hat mir eine Fondue/Raclette Mischung Mahlzeit gegeben. Also ich werde es auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen, aber nie für eine Pizza emfpehlen, nur wenn mann ein Fondue Kreation Pizza möchte.

Schmeckt nach Weisswein!

Genau wie "Melt Me Fondue" schmeckt auch diese "Raclette-Version" sehr nach Weisswein. Beim Fondue hat es mich nicht gestört, aber als Raclette fand ich es jetzt nicht so umwerfend und als Pizza-Topping will ich es mir ehrlich gesagt schon gar nicht vorstellen.
Mit dem grossen Rest, der beim Raclette übrig blieb, machte ich dann aber eine sehr feine Zwiebel-Wähe und streckte das Melt Me mit 250 Gramm Seidentofu. So war am Ende auch der Weisswein-Geschmack verfolgen.
