Beste kontrolliert biologische Sojabohnen werden sorgfältig gewaschen, gekocht und anschließend mit einem ausgewählten Edelschimmelpilz beimpft. 2-3 Tage reifen die Bohnen in speziellen Reiferäumen, bis der Tempeh fertig ist. Im Anschluss wird er gewürzt und schonend haltbar gemacht.

Verwendung:
Tempeh ist ein Allrounder in der Küche! Man kann Tempeh würfeln oder in Scheiben schneiden, fein reiben oder häckseln. In einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl knusprig braun angebraten kann Tempeh für unterschiedlichste Gerichte verwendet werden, zum Beispiel als Salat- oder Suppentopping, als Brotbelag, in Saucen, Aufläufen, Bowls, Wraps und vielem mehr. Tempeh Natur eignet sich hervorragend, um ihn zu marinieren oder abzulöschen.

Zubereitung:
Tempeh würfeln oder in Scheiben schneiden und mit Öl in einer Pfanne goldbraun anbraten - würzen, ablöschen oder zuvor marinieren. Perfekt als Salat- oder Suppentopping, Brotbelag, in Saucen, Aufläufen, Bowls, Wraps und vielem mehr.
