Würziger Seitan-Döner aus Weizenprotein und lokalem Gemüse, Mariniert und geschnitten
Mariniert und geschnitten als Fleischersatz für Dürüm, Kebap, Geschnetzeltes, Fondue-Chinoise und vieles mehr
Seitan ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der traditionellen. Japanischen Tempura-Küche. Der Teig aus Weizenmehl und Wasser erhält durch die spezielle Verarbeitung seine angenehm luftige Konsistenz. Wir haben das Rezept mit Kartoffeln und viel gesundem Gemüse ergänzt, zusammen mit der würzigen Marinade ist er für uns daher mehr als nur ein Fleischersatz.

Zubereitung
Bratpfanne, Mikrowelle. Auch kalt als Aufschnitt geeignet.

Aufbewahrungshinweis
Frozen to Fresh. Dieser Artikel von Outlawz wird bei uns gefroren gelagert und im Versand aufgetaut. Haltbarkeit von 60 Tagen im aufgetauten Zustand bei Lagerung bei höchstens 5° C. Nach dem Öffnen rasch konsumieren. Nicht wieder einfrieren.
