Vitaquell Traubenkernöl wird aus den Kernen sonnengereifter Weintrauben gewonnen. Es weist einen hohen Gehalt an mehrfach ungesättigten Fettsäuren (Linolsäure) auf und hat einen neutralen Geschmack.
Das durch den physikalischen Raffinationsprozess fast geschmacksneutrale Traubenkernöl rundet den Eigengeschmack zartschmelzender Speisen ab. Dieses Öl eignet sich ausgezeichnet zur Zubereitung von Mayonnaisen und veganen Gerichten.
