Tortengusspulver
Mit der verfeinerten Konsistenz ohne Zusatz von Zucker von Biovegan Tortenguss und seiner natürlichen roten Färbung, bringen Sie die Fruchtigkeit Ihres Obstbelages optimal zur Geltung. Vollkommen ohne Zuckerzusätze!

Zubereitung:
Beutelinhalt in 250 ml kaltes Wasser einrühren und nach Geschmack süßen. Die Flüssigkeit nach ständigem Rühren kurz aufkochen lassen. Topf von der Kochstelle nehmen und unter öfterem Umrühren ca. 10 Minuten abkühlen lassen bis er etwas sämig wird. Den Tortenguss esslöffelweise von der Mitte aus auf der Torte verteilen. Die Torte kann nach dem Erkalten (ca. 30 Min.) angeschnitten werden.

Tipp:
Den Tortenboden mit Biovegan Sahnesteif gleichmässig bestreuen, um eine Durchweichen des Bodens zu verhindern.

Roter Tortenguss vegan

Endlich ein veganer roter Tortenguss. Bisher musste ich den hellen mit Johannesbeergelee einrühren damit ich roten hatte. 100% Gelinggarantie wenn man die Anleitung beachtet.
