Dein Kopf qualmt? Dann haben wir eine zündende Idee für dich: Gönn dir eine Räucherpause. Alles was du dafür brauchst: Eine Unterlage (Teller, Stövchen, Schale), etwas Kohle zum Anzünden und diese entspannende Räuchermischung mit Kamille, Lorbeer und Holunder. Die Kohle auf der Unterlage anzünden, das Räucherwerk darauf platzieren und langsam verbrennen lassen. Alles wird Glut!

Anwendung:
Schale (intensiv): Räucherkohle in der Mitte einer feuerfesten Schale platzieren und anzünden. Sobald sich die Kohle weißlich gefärbt hat, 1 TL Räucherwerk drauflegen.
Stövchen (sanft): 1 TL Räucherwerk auf das Sieb legen und das Teelicht darunter anzünden.
