Zubereitung:
2 gehäufte Esslöffel (25g) in 250ml kaltes Wasser gut einrühren. Aufkochen und unter gelegentlichem Umrühren 2-3 Minuten leicht kochen.

Perfekt

DER vegane Ersatz für die bekannte Bratensauce. Schmeckt aber nicht nach Fleisch, wie manche Ersatzprodukte. Perfekt für eine Zwiebelsauce, eine Rahmsauce oder einfach einer Bratensauce.
