Rotklee-Sprossen haben einen besonders milden und zarten Geschmack. Sprossen sind die einfachste Methode, um zu jeder Jahreszeit wichtige Vitamine, Mineralstoffe, Spurenelemente, sekundäre Pflanzenstoffe und Ballaststoffe in die Ernährung zu bringen - und das ganz frisch geerntet und "regional" von der heimischen Fensterbank!

Besonderheiten:
Aus europäischem Anbau.

Verwendung:
Ideal als Topping für Salate und Suppen, in Smoothies und Dips.

Zubereitungshinweis:
Vor dem Keimen einweichen. Vor dem Verzehr mit klarem Wasser gründlich spülen. Bildung von Faserwurzeln möglich. Pro Samenschale oder Keimglas 1 EL Samen verwenden. Sechs bis acht Stunden einweichen. Zwei Mal täglich spülen und nach 3-5 Tagen ernten. Die ideale Keimtemperatur beträgt 18-22°C.
