Holunderblüten Sirup
Hut ab! Mit seinem intensiv-blumigen Duft und Geschmack ist er der ideale Durstlöscher. Sein liebliches Aroma passt wunderbar zu Topfendesserts, Obstkuchen und Obstsalat. Zu Schokoladespezialitäten ist er ein Gedicht. Ohne Zucker, mit Apfelsaftkonzentrat gesüßt. Der Holunderstrauch galt früher als heilig, weil die guten Geister in ihm zu Hause sein sollen. Aus diesem Grund zieht man traditionell bis heute den Hut vor ihm.

Warum Apfeldicksaft statt Zucker?
Das natürliche Süßungsmittel Apfeldicksaft (auch bekannt als Apfelsaftkonzentrat) enthält Mineralstoffe, Spurenelemente und sekundäre Pflanzenstoffe des Apfelsaftes, aus dem es hergestellt wird. Im Vergleich zu raffiniertem Zucker hat Apfeldicksaft eine etwas geringere Süßkraft, enthält durchschnittlich 35% weniger Kalorien und lässt den Blutzuckerspiegel etwa um die Hälfte weniger stark ansteigen. Er besitzt einen süß-sauren Apfelgeschmack.
