Diese bratfertige Würstchenalternative aus proteinhaltigem und kräftigem Weizeneiweiß, die mit würziger Sojasauce abgerundet ist, ist im Nu zubereitet. Du kannst sie zum Beispiel zu traditioneller Küche wie Sauerkraut und Kartoffelbrei servieren. Dazu brauchst du die veganen Fränkischen Würstchen vorher nur kurz mit etwas Öl in der heißen Pfanne goldbraun und knusprig braten. Die Fränksichen Veganen passen zu Saucen, Salatvariationen und Beilagen deiner Wahl – eben überall dort, wo es deftig und herzhaft sein soll.

Spänig und trocken

Habe diese im Wasser gegart. (Vielleicht zu lange) Auf jeden Fall waren diese ziemlich trocken und körnigspähnig. Nicht mehr Fall. Auch der Geschmack lässt zu wünschen übrig, geht in keine Richtung.

Geschmack und Konsistenz gut.

Der Geschmack und die Konsistenz sind prima. Das Knackige fehlt etwas. Aber das ist ja nie vergleichbar mit den echten Fleischwürstl.
