Mit seiner zartcremigen Konsistenz ist er inzwischen auch in Europa zu einem beliebten Bestandteil der kreativen Küche geworden. Sein neutraler Geschmack ist seine Stärke: Er passt sich an unterschiedliche Kochstile an. Seine Verwendungsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Seidentofu eignet sich als Alternative zu Quark, Joghurt und Sahne, verfeinert Suppen und kann zu köstlichen Süßspeisen verarbeitet werden wie veganem Käsekuchen, Mousse au Chocolat und vielem mehr.

Tipp:
Zum Öffnen der Packung am besten mit einem spitzen und scharfen Messer an der Innenseite des Packungsrandes entlang schneiden. Oberfolie entfernen und den Seidentofu auf einen Teller stürzen.
