Eine wahre Proteinbombe. Hergestellt aus Erbsen, Bohnen, Kürbis- und Sonnenblumenkernen enthalten 100g mehr als 50g Protein. Das Ackerhack kann ideal als Hackfleischersatz in der Bolognese, Lasagne oder Burger eingesetzt werden.

Zubereitungsbeispiel "Bolognese":

Eine Zwiebel hacken, etwas Öl in die Pfanne (es darf ein bisschen mehr sein, da Ackerhack fast kein Fett enthält).
Pro Person ca. 30 bis 40 g trockenes Ackerhack direkt in die Pfanne, etwas mitrösten.
Mit etwas Bouillon oder einem Schuss Rotwein ablöschen.
Tomatensauce und Wasser zugeben, bis gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.
Nach eigenem Geschmack würzen. Ganz passend: etwas Räucherpaprika!
5 Minute köcheln, fertig.

Hinweis:
100 g Ackerhack nehmen ca. 200 g Feuchtigkeit auf, das heisst, ergeben ca. 300 g feuchte Masse (Hackfleischäquivalent).

Pflanzenhack

Das Pflanzenhack ist sehr fein. Man merkt kaum einen Unterschied zu Fleisch. Der Service der Lieferung ist sehr herzlich. Ich habe mich über die persönlichen Worte auf der Packkarte sehr gefreut. Kann die Firma und das Pflanzenhack sehr empfehlen.

Bolognese

Habe dem Pflanzenhack wie Hackfleisch in einer normalen Bolognese zubereitet, mein Mann hat den Unterschied nicht bemerkt. War kecker.
