Da kommen verlockende Erinnerungen an Jahrmarktbesuche auf: 81% frisch geröstete, aromatische Mandeln gekrönt mit der feinen Karamellnote von Kokosblütenzucker. Verfeinert mit echter Bourbon Vanille, Zimt und einer Prise Meersalz. Und dank der groben Vermahlung mit einem tollen Crunch. Da wir auf Zusätze verzichten, kann sich das nusseigene Öl an der Oberfläche absetzen. Um eine optimale Konsistenz zu erreichen, empfehlen wir das Mus nach jedem Öffnen gründlich aufzurühren.

Herstellung
Rapunzel stellt Nussmuse in einem besonderen Verfahren her - und das seit über 40 Jahren. Das volle Aroma der Mandeln entfaltet sich durch das schonende Rösten mit Heißluft aus regenerativen Energien. Zusammen mit Kokosblütenzucker und den feinen Gewürzen wird es grob vermahlen. Die sorgfältige Herstellung garantiert Ihnen den einzigartigen Geschmack!
