Natürliche Süßkraft aus der Dattelfrucht! Dattelsirup bringt neue, fruchtige Aromen in Ihre Küche und versüßt nicht nur Desserts und Backwaren, sondern rundet auch würzige Gerichte perfekt ab. Die Datteln sind fair gehandelt und stammen von Rapunzel HAND IN HAND-Partnern aus Tunesien.

Herstellung
Die Datteln werden entsteint und mit Wasser eingekocht. Anschließend werden sie gepresst, filtriert und zu Sirup eingedickt. Zum Schluß wird der Sirup nochmals gefiltert, abgefüllt und verpackt.
