Bin begeistert

Unglaublich wie gut das aufschlagen und backen damit geht! Ja, es riecht recht stark nach Ei, aber nur frisch aufgerührt. Im Endprodukt merkt man vom Geruch nichts. Ich kann das sehr empfehlen!

Fonctionne pour l'usage que j'en fais

Je l'utilise pour rendre des noix de cajou collantes, pour les aromatiser aux herbes et aux épices puis les passer au four. Fonctionne bien pour cet usage. Par contre, il est vrai que la préparation a une odeur particulière et je ne suis pas sûre que je le mettrais dans des pâtisseries.

das Produkt stinkt furchtbar nach Schwefel oder ähnlichem, habe es nicht verwendet, da ich befürchtet habe, mein Rezept zu verderben!
