Cremig und leicht
Endlich eine vegane und fettarme Alternative zu herkömmlicher Sahne und Pflanzencreme! Einfach mit Sojadrink Natur 5 Minuten aufschlagen und fertig ist die vegane Schlagcreme. Perfekt für Schichtdesserts, Kuchen, im Kaffee oder zu frischem Obst. Besonders lecker mit untergehobenem Krokant, Marzipan, Mandelmus oder Nüssen.

Dosierung:
Für eine Portion fertige Schlagcreme werden 125 ml kühlschrankkalter Sojadrink Natur und 27 g (ca. 3 gehäufte EL) Schlagcreme benötigt.

Zubereitung:
Kalten Sojadrink Natur in schmalen, hohen Rührbecher geben, Hälfte des Packungsinhalts zugeben. 5 Min. mit Handmixer auf höchster Stufe aufschlagen. Kalt servieren.**
**Steht die Schlagcreme für mehr als 1 Std. im Kühlschrank, vor Verzehr für 1 Min. erneut mit dem Handrührgerät aufschlagen.

Ein Aufschlagen ist nur mit Sojadrink Natur (Zutaten: Wasser, Sojabohne) ohne jegliche Zusätze (z. B. Calcium, Vanille, Omega3) möglich! Andere Pflanzendrinks (z. B. Reisdrink), Milch, Sahne oder Cuisines können nicht aufgeschlagen werden.

Hinweis:
Für die optimale Konsistenz wird die Zubereitung mit der Hälfte des Packungsinhalts und 125 ml Sojadrink Natur empfohlen.

Tipp:
Mit Biovegan Farbspaß oder Carob kann eine bunte Schlagcreme zubereitet werden. Einfach die gewünschte Komponente zu der fertigen Creme geben, unterheben, mit dem Handrührgerät kurz mixen und fertig!
