Schnellbrot 5-Korn – ohne Hefe & ohne „gehen-lassen“
Sie geben nur noch Wasser dazu. Ergibt ca. 800 g Brot.
Unsere Backmischung für glutenfreies Schnellbrot 5-Korn gelingt sowohl in der klassischen Zubereitung als auch im Brotbackautomaten. Auf der Verpackung finden Sie leckere Variationen mit Kernen oder Nüssen sowie einen Rezept-Tipp für Finn-Brötchen.

Zubereitung im Brotbackautomat (Achtung: Zubereitung mit Hefe):
Zuerst 475ml kaltes Wasser, dann die Schnellbrot-Mischung und 1 Päckchen Trockenhefe in den den Backbehälter geben. Möglichst im Schnellprogramm auf Stufe „dunkel“ backen. Beim Knetvorgang 2-3 Mal den Teig mit einem Teigschaber von den Rändern lösen, damit er sich optimal mischt.
