Noch nie war es so einfach, den ganzen Charme der italienischen Küche auf den Tisch zu bringen - mit 100% natürlichen Zutaten!
Gewürzt wird in zwei Schritten: Beim Anbraten werden die edlen Gewürze aufgeschlossen und verleihen dem Gericht seinen authentischen Geschmack. Verfeinert wird dann beim Ablöschen mit aromatischen Kräutern, die in die Sauce eingerührt werden. Dabei verbinden sich die Gewürze und Kräuter optimal mit den frischen Zutaten: Ein vollmundiges, natürliches Geschmackserlebnis!

Benötigte Zutaten:
300 g geschälte Kartoffeln
400 g gemischtes Gemüse z.B. Paprika, Zucchini, Karotten, Tomaten, Zwiebeln
150 ml Wasser

Zubereitung:
Gemüse und Kartoffeln in kleine Würfel schneiden, Wasser bereitstellen.
2 Esslöffel Speiseöl (z.B. Olivenöl) zusammen mit der Würzmischung 1 (kleiner Beutel) in eine Pfanne geben. Anschließend Kochplatte erhitzen. Sobald die Gewürze ihren Duft verströmen, Gemüse und Kartoffeln zugeben und anbraten.
Wasser zugeben, die Würzmischung 2 (großer Beutel) einrühren und bei geschlossenem Deckel in ca. 20 Minuten fertig garen. Gelegentlich umrühren.

Tipp:
Frischen Knoblauch zusammen mit dem Gemüse anbraten. Dazu passt Ciabatta oder getoastetes Baguette.Guten Appetit!
