Kakaobutter Drops
Feinste unbehandelte Kakaobohnen vorwiegend aus der Sorte Criollo werden für die Herstellung verwendet. Angebaut von Kleinbauern welche nachhaltig und ursprünglich abreiten wobei keine Hybrid Pflanzen zum Einsatz kommen. Arbeitsbedingungen gemäss den internationalen fair trade Standards. Kakaobutter ist das Öl der Kakaobohne. Sie wird nicht behandelt, gebleicht oder desodoriert, sodass sie ihr feines Kakao-Aroma behält. Sie kann nicht nur in der Küche, sondern auch als pflegendes Kosmetikum verwendet werden.

Schmelzpunkt liegt bei 29-34° C
Schonend kalt gepresst aus ungerösteten Kakaobohnen

Eine rein pflanzliche Butter-Alternative in Backwaren, Pralinen, Smoothies, Desserts und Eiscremes. Mild im Geschmack mit feinem Schmelz.
